Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had very modern rooms with ample size, very clean, great bathroom, and good beds for everyone. The high ceilings and tall windows let in a lot of natural light, making it a comfortable stay. The beautiful well-appointed bathroom was a highlight, though the rooms could have been a little bigger.
The hotel overlooks Parliament Square at the front of the property. The rooms were a lot smaller than those shown on the website. The location is amazing, walking distance to great shopping and restaurants, highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome. The dining experience could have been more English, but it was not a significant issue. The lifts are small and slow.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring historical sites, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the dining was delicious. However, the service was a bit lacking with no replacement soap and some protests nearby, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, quite luxurious, and had a shower to die for. The location was simply the best, next to the Parliament, safe, and very central. The dining experience was very nice, with a variety of fresh fruit. However, the rooms could have been a little bigger, and I wish the breakfast was better.
I gotta say, this hotel nailed it in terms of location! Right smack in the heart of Rome, I couldn't have asked for a better spot. The rooms, although a tad cozy, were lovely, complete with a separate sitting area and both a shower and tub. Being able to peek out the windows into the backyard was a nice touch. The value was on point too, especially considering the prime location.
I felt lucky to have a room located on the front of the hotel overlooking the square, which was very nice. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom, though it was in worse shape compared to the other two but still provided all the facilities we needed and offered good views. The hotel had its positives and a few areas for improvement.
The hotel is a charming spot in the heart of Rome, offering modern rooms with comfortable beds. The service provided, including room service and housekeeping, is top-notch. The location is absolutely brilliant, right in the center of Rome, making it perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience is lovely with just some minor room for improvement. Overall, a great value for the price.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with a stylish touch that I really appreciated. The breakfast selection, while limited on hot options, was delightful with fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, and plenty of pastries. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the Colosseum and right next to some fantastic shopping spots. The service was exceptional, from the warm welcome drink to the assistance with tour arrangements. The dining experience was very good, offering a nice variety of cereals, fruit, hams & cheese, boiled eggs, and delicious pastries & cakes. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
The hotel is a decent choice for the price; the rooms are not super nice but definitely get the job done, quite large by European standards, ideal for both suitcases, and offer good value. The service is satisfactory, offering room service, dry cleaning, and welcoming amenities. The location is extremely convenient, perfect for an afternoon coffee and business chat, with easy access to town, shops, Trevi Fountain, and dining options. The dining experience is lovely with a nice buffet selection for breakfast. Overall, a good budget-friendly option with excellent location benefits.
The hotel is centrally located in Rome, close to key attractions, with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is helpful and polite, but there were protests nearby during my stay. The dining options were varied, but lacking fresh fruit choices. The hotel boasts a convenient location for sightseeing and gelato indulgence.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was very spacious with a large bathroom, and the gentleman who checked us in was fantastic. The location of the hotel is what really sells it, being amazing, safe, and centrally located. The dining experience had a large variety of food, but it did not include omelette/fried eggs. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
